Ingredients for layer white chocolate mousse:
200 g of white chocolate
100 ml of whole milk
30g icing sugar
1 and 1/2 sheet of gelatin neutral
2 egg whites
100 ml cream mg 35%
Ingredients for chestnut mousse layer:
200 g of natural chestnut puree
100 ml cream mg 35%
70 g sugar normal
2 tablespoons brandy
2 sheets of gelatin neutral
2 egg whites
Grated chocolate to taste
Ingredients for bright layer of chocolate icing:
80 ml cream mg 35%
Sugar 120 g
97 ml water
40 g of pure cocoa powder
2 sheets of gelatin neutral
